Memberships

Membership = a package of hours purchased in advance at a favorable price and which is kept for at least one month.

Advantages: by setting a predetermined game schedule, the player thus has priority in the schedule. Subscriptions start on the first day of each month, with the end date being the last day of the calendar month. The subscription payment must be made in full by the 1st of the month.

After the 1st of the month, no further changes can be made to the schedule. The registered hours submitted to the management must be respected regardless of any situations that may arise afterward. In the event that, after the 1st, situations occur where the player misses one or more training sessions:

• A session canceled by notifying a day in advance, until 8:00 PM, can be rescheduled once per month, subject to the availability of other groups.
• A session canceled with less than 24 hours notice will not be rescheduled and will be considered an absence.

In case of weather conditions that are unfavorable for outdoor training (rain, storm, hail, strong wind, etc.), the training will be canceled and will be rescheduled for a later date.

The only situations in which paid hours can be deducted from subscription hours and not recovered are the events:

• Serious medical problem.
• Personal issues: family bereavement, job loss.
• National or international emergency situations: pandemic, war (chemical, civil, world war).
• Natural disasters.

Important: There will be months with more training sessions than those included in the subscription package (depending on the training day and calendar).

Management reserves the right to modify the operating schedule, prices, and duration of services, with changes being communicated directly. Management also reserves the right to use the field for special events. In such cases, subscribers will be notified at least 24 hours in advance of any schedule changes, and the canceled sessions will be rescheduled later.

Entering the court with footwear inappropriate for tennis is prohibited: high-heeled shoes, cleated footwear, boots, etc.
